What was your dream job in kindergarten?
At that age, I was very curious about the world. My father was in the Navy, and he traveled a lot so he shared his passion with me.
Why did you choose to teach at BB&N?
After working in public school for many years, I decided that I wanted to experience other types of schools to see what was a good fit for me. What I appreciated most about BB&N was not just strong academics but also a sense of community and belonging.
Highlight from this summer?
I loved that my kids joined us in cheering for Colombia during the World Cup. I also went to see Shakira and BTS in concert. Finally, we spent two weeks in Colombia visiting family.
