Sophomores hold tryouts for new NAC Café

Kimball and Wang put menu items to the test

The Nicholas Athletic Center (NAC) has returned to its intended purpose this fall, having undergone some changes. This year, the school brought in Phinix Virtual Kitchens Group, which aims to provide healthy and tasty food and serves several local colleges. Bradford Kimball and Leo Wang (both ’24) reviewed three of the NAC Café’s new and most popular items—ham and cheese croissants, falafel burritos, and pizza—based on appearance, taste, and appeal after athletics.
